Disbursement of rent and/or management fees not showing when creating a settlement statement

This guide is intended to resolve where financial items are added where the property ownership information is incorrect or has been changed without regenerating the financial items.

You can view any financial item at any time by clicking 'View' next to the financial item that has been created:

To resolve the issue:

Step 1

Navigate to the property page and to the 'Property Ownership' panel.

Step 2

Click to 'Edit Property Ownership Information'

Step 3

Scroll to the bottom of the form where it reads 'Financial Items'.
Click to 'Regenerate'
Click to 'Update'

This will now regenerate the financial items for the property and create what is potentially missing.
