How can I edit or change the trading name on my account?

You can edit or change your trading name on COHO plus other company settings on the 'Your Account' panel.

To make any changes, log into your account and navigate to the 'Your Account' panel and click the settings cog in the top right hand corner.



You'll now be able to see all the settings you're able to change:



These include:

Account name: This is how it appears on COHO.
Company name: The company name if it differs from the account name.
Company SMS Name: The name as it will appear when sending SMS through the system.
Company legal name: The legal name of the company.
VAT Registered?: Here you can say if the company is VAT registered.
Company number: Here you can enter a company number.
Invoice address: The invoice address for the company.
Correspondence address: The correspondence address for the company.
Registered office: The registered office address for the company.
Public email: The public email address.
Invoice email: The email for the point of contact for all invoices.
Advanced Rent Contact: The point of contact in the company for all Advanced Rent information.
Public telephone number: The public telephone number for the company.
Website: The website address for the company.

To make any changes, click on 'edit' in the bottom right hand corner.
