How do I deactivate a property or room?
Deactivating a Property
Log into your COHO account and navigate to the property you wish to deactivate. Exercise caution if you have active tenancies on the system.
Scroll down to the 'Property Details' panel
Click 'Deactivate property'
You will then be asked if you are sure? Click 'Ok' or 'Cancel'
You will then be redirected to your main portfolio page and you will see the property that has been deactivated as 'greyed out'. You can choose to 'Activate' the property or to delete it entirely from the system.
Deactivating a room
Deactivating a room follows a similar process to deactivating a property. Exercise caution if you have active tenancies on the system.
First navigate to the room to deactivate and scroll down to the 'Room Details' panel.
Click 'Deactivate room'
You will then be asked if you are sure? Click 'Ok' or 'Cancel'
You will then be redirected to the property page and you will see the room that has been deactivated as 'greyed out'. You can choose to 'Activate' the room or to delete it entirely from the system.
