How to Update a Tenancy Agreement During Onboarding in COHO

Updating Your Tenancy Agreement

When onboarding a new tenancy in COHO, it's important to ensure that the tenancy agreement reflects the intended terms. Follow these steps to update the tenancy agreement:

  1. Find the Onboarding:

    • Log in to your COHO account and navigate to the onboarding section and find the specific tenancy.
  2. Expand the Tenancy Agreement Step:

    • Locate the "Tenancy Agreement" step within the onboarding process and click to expand it.
  3. Click on "Modify Tenancy Agreement":

    • Select the "Modify Tenancy Agreement" option to start updating the details.
  4. Enter the Details of the New Tenancy Agreement:

    • Fill in the updated details for the new tenancy agreement.

Updating the tenancy agreement will invalidate the previous one, and a new agreement will be issued for signing. All parties involved will need to sign the new agreement to finalise the update.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your tenancy agreements are always up to date and accurately reflect the terms of the tenancy. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our support team.
