I am stuck on the verification page when registering

You were sent an invite with the wrong email, but you only noticed once you reached the email verification page. Now you're stuck.

How to fix

  1. On the email verification page, click at the bottom of the page to logout.

  1. Once logged out, follow the invite link again.
  2. If it brings you to the login page, with the wrong email pre-filled, click on "Not yet registered? Register Now".
  3. Once on the register page, you can use any email, even if it's not the same as the pre-filled one.

If you're a property manager...

Additionally if this concerns an invitation to a tenancy, you can update the tenant summary with the new email:
  1. Go to the tenancy page
  2. On the tenant summary, edit the email to the right one
  3. (if needed) Resend the invite link

An invite link is considered "consumed" only once the user created their account and verified it. Before that, it will still be considered usable
