I have sent an email / sms but cannot find it in the Message Centre
Navigate to the Message Centre from within your account. You can do this by clicking the conversation icon at the top of your account:
On the left hand side, you will be able to click the messages icon and see the following drop down menu where 'Email' and 'SMSs' are listed
By clicking on either 'Emails' or 'SMSs' will then allow you to see the emails or SMSs that have been sent:
You will also be able to see the Participants and where replies have been set to go to.
