I need a guarantor to sign through COHO AFTER the AST has been signed by the tenant, how do I do this?
You want to get a guarantor to sign an agreement, such as a deed of guarantee. It's a bit challenging to do this after the tenancy agreement has been signed but it is possible, what you'd need to do is:
- Feed the pre-signed tenancy agreement documents (PDF file) back into the form
- Choose that the tenancy agreement is already signed but that you need the guarantor to sign.
