You want to get a guarantor to sign an agreement, such as a deed of guarantee. It's a bit challenging to do this after the tenancy agreement has been signed but it is possible, what you'd need to do is:

  1. Feed the pre-signed tenancy agreement documents (PDF file) back into the form
  2. Choose that the tenancy agreement is already signed but that you need the guarantor to sign.
