My tenant's account does not show their tenancy
If your tenant has signed up to COHO but their account doesn't show any information of the tenancy, this is usually a result of signing up for COHO without following the link, or following the link but navigating away from COHO.
Steps to resolve
1) Provide the tenant their invite link to COHO
You can find this in their tenancy page
2) Ask the tenant to follow the link
3) On the registration page, the tenant should click "Already registered? Log in"
4) The tenant should log in with their COHO account
If they do not remember their account they should click on "I've forgotten my password", reset the password, then follow the above steps again from step 2.
5) Success! Their account will now be connected
