TDS - How do I setup my refund payment?
When it gets to getting a refund from TDS for a deposit you registered as a branch under our COHO head office, you will have to go through these steps:
- Make sure you have created a user to access that account on TDS platform. To do this, head to the onboarding panel on the manage page, then open the TDS Deposit Registration section and click on "Add user". It will open a form where you can add your email and submit.
NB: If you already have a TDS account, you will have to use a different email, since TDS doesn't handle adding existing users.
That way, you'll be able to set your payment details for the refund. If you struggle at any moment while on the TDS platform, the TDS team should be your point of contact.
