Once you have been onboarded into a property or room you will have access to your My COHO Dashboard.
In this guide, we'll go through the different panels you have access to and how they work.
At the very top of your account you will have a menu bar.
Happy Face: Here you can provide feedback to using COHO. Please note, this is NOT feedback to your letting agent / landlord.
Conversation Icon: Here, you can click into the message centre. From the Message Centre you're able to message your letting agent / landlord and other housemates if you're occupying a room within a HMO.
Your Profile: Here you can make changes to your settings, switch between light / dark mode and Log out.
Message Centre
If you click through to the Message Centre, this is where you can directly message your letting agent / landlord and other housemates if you occupy a room within a HMO.
You'll see all open messages on the left hand side. Clicking on any message will allow you to reply or send further correspondence,

to send a new message.
Sending a message
You can choose the recipients of the message, add a subject title, add a message and include any files.
Tenancy Vibe Check
Each month you're able to specify how you're feeling about the management of the property / room. This is optional.
My Room
Here, you're able to see the information related to the room / property. This will include your rent amount, when the tenancy started and any documents.
Maintenance
Here, you can report any maintenance issues to your manager. You will also be able to see any 'Reported', 'In Progress' or 'Completed' issues.
Click to 'Report maintenance issue'
When clicking 'Report maintenance issue' you will need to choose a category and an item within that category.
You can then choose the Severity of the issue, add a description, add any images or video files and say if the issue is in relation to your room, outside the room and choose to share the issue with your other housemates if you're occupying a HMO.
Once the issue has been reported, you will be able to expand the reported issue and see it's progress. You will also be able to have a conversation with the manager here. The issue and conversation can also be viewed in the Message Centre.

Your manager may have set up auto response message to give you instructions on how to resolve the specific issue you have raised.
My Home Viewings
Here, you can track any viewings that you have attended as well as any pre-qualification questionnaires you may have completed.
Welcome Pack
Welcome Packs are a great way for the manager to share generic important information with you. This might be things like Emergency Contact Numbers, House Rules, Bin Collection Information, WIFI key codes etc.
My Rent
The My Rent panel allows you to see your entire rent schedule. You can see what payments have been made as well as future payments. Key information about how your rent should be paid, the frequency and payment reference will also be shown.
My Housemates
Here you can see the other profiles of the housemates you current share the property with, if you are occupying a HMO.
My Profile
Here you can see your own profile. You can make changes to your profile picture, bio and interests and more.
