Xero FAQs
Q. Do I add an invoice to COHO or Xero?
A. You should always add the invoice to COHO for any property related invoices. By adding the invoice to COHO, it will then sync that invoice to your Xero account.
Q. I have Errors, how do I resolve these?
A. If you have errors, you will be able to see these on the synchronisation section and see how many errors there are. To resolve these, click 'Errors'. We have written error logs so you can clearly see what the errors are and how to resolve.
Q. Can I create Tracking Categories in COHO?
A. Yes, you can add new Tracking Categories in COHO and these will push over to Xero:
Q. I previously linked my bank account straight to Xero, do I turn this off now I am using the COHO to Xero integration?
A. Yes. You should link your bank account to COHO via the Transactions panel. COHO will reconcile the rent payments received and this will then sync to your Xero account.
