Is there a way to upload additional documents for signature once the tenancy has started?

Is there a way to upload additional documents for signature once the tenancy has started?

There may be instances where you have additional documents you would like your tenant to sign against.

Here are the steps to completed the process:

Step 1

Go to the tenancy agreement panel on the tenancy and click '+ Add new'

Step 2

Inject your document you want the tenant to sign - the new document. You should choose the COHO eSignature as how the agreement should be signed.

It is also worth noting the following:

OPTIONAL (not needed but recommended) --> Also add the original tenancy agreement (that they have already signed).

On guarantor required choose NO since you don't need the guarantor to sign this (unless you do).

All previously signed documents are still accessible and nothing in the signing process implies that the new document replaces / displaces the old one. So this is a convenient way to get an addendum signed.
