Miscellaneous Information Storage

Miscellaneous Information Storage

The Information Storage panels in COHO allow you to add information and files into COHO that don’t fit anywhere else. This information is not shared with any tenants.

It’s important to understand the different levels of these panels in COHO before adding any information.

Information can be added:

‘Quick Info’

i.e., telephone numbers or codes etc

or by adding

‘Info Cards’

which can be anything you can’t type i.e., documents, files, images etc.

Misc Information Storage

This panel is for information and files that apply to the whole organization. Information can be entered as a ‘Quick Info’ item for anything that can be entered in as text and ‘Info Card’ for adding any files, images or documents.

Property Information Storage

This panel is for adding information and files that are applicable to the property only.

Room Information Storage

This panel is for adding information and files that are applicable to the room only.

The things we see: At COHO we have customers using the above panels in a variety of ways including storing warranty receipts for appliances, digital copies of TV licenses and much more!
