Property Marketing, Property Details & Room Details

Property Marketing, Property Details and Room Details panels in COHO allow for entering information for marketing purposes that feed directly into COHOs Find a Home Tenant Marketplace. These include: photos, floor plans, virtual tour links, descriptions, amenities and more. See also COHOs Find a Home Tenant Marketplace.

Property Marketing


This panel can be used to upload photos of the property, video links hosted on You Tube, Virtual Tour links and Floor Plans.


Property Details



The Property Details panel can be updated with information including: photos, amenities, descriptions, house rules - such as if pets or smoking are allowed, type of property, if it is furnished, council tax banding and much more! COHO uses an API to auto generate a description for you. The descriptions include Shops & Leisure spots, Transport links and Healthcare providers nearby. 

Other information that can be updated include: Age ranges, preferred genders, types of tenant, minimum and maximum terms of renting and if bills are or are not included. 

Listings: You can also view all available properties that are listed on COHOs Find a Home Tenant Marketplace. See also COHOs Find a Home Tenant Marketplace.

You can also deactivate a property by clicking ‘deactivate property’. 


Room Details



The Room Details panel works in much the same way as the Property Details panel but it is information regarding the room only. 

Here you can edit the room details by clicking ‘Edit details’ to upload room photos, room amenities and room descriptions.  

You can also edit the room information such as the room name, room rent, gender specific, if there is a deposit to pay and if a guarantor is required. 

You can also deactivate a room by clicking ‘deactivate room’. 


COHOs Find a Home Tenant Marketplace

All properties and rooms that are marked as available on COHO are listed on COHOs Find a Home Tenant Marketplace. 

You can easily see all your availabilities on the Tenant Find panel. See also Tenant Find - Availabilities & Public Profile Link. 

Any prospective tenants are able to request a viewing, make contact and view all your other listings. 




All information entered into the Property Details, Property Marketing and Room Details panel will be clearly laid out. We also add a map to the listing. 

When a tenant creates their profile on COHO, they have the opportunity to add a photo, write a short bio, choose some interests, state their gender, age range and occupation. When you have multiple tenants in a property (HMO), listings display the information about the housemates currently occupying the property. This can help massively in tenants finding like-minded tenants to share the property with.
