I have accidentally cancelled an Onboarding. How do I restore it?

If you have accidentally cancelled an Onboarding and it no longer shows in the Onboarding panel, follow the next few steps:

Step 1

From the main portfolio page, click into the search bar at the top of your side menu and entered the name of the tenant:


You should see the tenant appear as a 'Cancelled tenancy'

Click to navigate to the tenancy.

Step 2

From the cancelled tenancy page, underneath the 'Tenant Information' expand the panel:


Step 3

After expanding the panel, you will see the previous Onboarding steps and be able to click 'Restore Onboarding':


You will now be able to see the perspective tenant back in the Onboarding panel.
