Tenants Dashboard

This section will cover an existing tenants dashboard or a tenant who is NOT currently going through the Onboarding process. This article is to show managers hat the tenant sees on their Dashboard.

Tenancy Vibe Check

Here tenants can give you their current ‘vibe’ in the property/room. Each month the Tenancy Vibe Check defaults in the centre. See also Feedback.


Actions

Here tenants can view any actions they need to complete i.e., acknowledging of new compliance documents, completing a smoke detector test etc.


My Room


Here the tenant can view their tenancy information. This includes: Room number/name, rent amount and frequency, if bills are included, if a deposit has been paid and their tenancy agreement dates. They can also view and download their Tenancy Agreement contract, Deposit certificate and Inventory information.

They can also use the ‘Report Issue’ or ‘Message manager’ quick links at the side.


Maintenance

Here the tenant can view reported, in progress or completed maintenance issues that they have reported or maintenance issues that have been shared with them. See also Maintenance.

Click ‘Report maintenance issue’:

The tenant can then choose a category and item within that category.


Severity: Low, Medium and High severity. This can be changed on the manager's account when the issue is reported.

Description: Here the tenant can enter further information regarding the issue being reported.

Images/Videos: Here the tenant can upload images or videos regarding the issue being reported.

Does this impact your room specifically?: ‘My room’ or ‘Outside my room’ can be selected.

Share with housemates?: ‘Share’ or ‘Don’t share’ can be selected. The tenant can choose to share the issue with the other housemates in the property. 

Click ‘Report’ or ‘Cancel’.

When a maintenance issue has been reported, the tenant will be able to ‘view’ the issue as ‘Reported’ or ‘In Progress’.
The tenant can also send the manager a message regarding the maintenance issue keeping all communication about the issue together. See also Message Centre.


My Home Viewings

Here the tenant can see all viewings that they are linked to. See also Tenant Find and Tenant Viewings.




Welcome Pack

Here the tenant can view all Welcome Pack information that applies to them. See also Welcome Packs.



My Rent

Here the tenant can view their rent schedule. They are also able to ‘Export CSV’ of their rent schedule.




Property Compliance

Here the tenant can view all compliance documents they have been served with. They are also able to acknowledge new documents that have been added by the manager. See also Property Compliance.



My Housemates

Here the tenant can see all the housemates that they share the property with. From here they can message other housemates. 




My Profile

Here the tenant can make changes to their profile information and image.
